BEREA, Ohio – The Baldwin Wallace University women's basketball team improved to No. 12 in the D3Hoops.com top-25 poll. BW remains at No. 8 in the Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) poll.

Women's basketball improved two spots in the D3Hoops.com poll with two Ohio Athletic Conference victories last week. They are the only OAC women's basketball team receiving votes in either poll.

Last week, the Yellow Jackets won their 30th consecutive regular season OAC game dating back to February 17, 2024. They hit this milestone in a 62-58 road victory over Mount Union to sweep the season series. Senior Academic All-OAC guard Leah Riley (Cincinnati/Sycamore) led the Yellow Jackets in this game with 18 points while going 4-5 from deep and 4-5 from the free throw line. Against Capital in the Play4Kay game, BW won 63-49 in a contest where they stymied the Comets' offense to take a commanding lead in the second half. BW is now 20-2 overall and 13-0 in OAC play.
