BEREA, Ohio – The Baldwin Wallace University women's lacrosse team beat the Lewis & Clark (Ore.) River Otters by a score of 15-10 inside George Finnie Stadium.

The Brown and Gold were down early in the first period, but a hard-fought fourth period pushed them above and beyond and gave them their first lead of the day. They did not look back after that.

BW Leaders (5-2)

• Sophomore midfielder Ella Szalay (Struthers/Cardial Mooney) had herself a day by tying her career-high with six goals for the Brown and Gold
• Freshman attacker Hayley Huston (Strongsville) added another four goals for the Jackets
• Senior All-OAC Second Team attacker Carley House (Hilliard/Darby) added two goals for the Jackets
