Four Men's Basketball Student Athletes Named to College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team

GREENWOOD, Ind.-- Four Baldwin Wallace University men's basketball student-athletes have been named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team. 

In order to qualify for the Academic All-District feat, a student must be a sophomore academically and athletically, must have a 3.50 grade-point average or higher, and must have competed in 90 percent of the team's games. 

Junior Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference selections see guard Titus Baskerville IV (Stow/Munroe Falls) and forward Andrew Griffith (Akron/Archbishop Hoban) both make the team for the second consecutive season, while junior guard Isaac Richardson (Avon Lake) earns his first selection to the team, as well as sophomore guard Braylan McClardy (Brooklyn/Cuyahoga Heights) who round out the four players.  The four now advance to the CSC Academic All-America® Team ballot, which will be announced on April 14.

Baskerville IV, who earns his second consecutive appearance on this team. He maintains a 3.63 GPA in Business Analytics and Business Administration. He is also a two-time Academic All-OAC selection. For the 2025-26 season, he averaged 10.6 points per game, 2.9 rebounds and had a team-leading 88 assists to average 3.5 per game. His 264 points were the second-best on the team throughout the season. For his career, Baskerville IV has 685 points, 307 assists, and 200 rebounds. His career averages are 9.1 points, 4.1 assists and 2.7 rebounds in 75 career games, 72 of which he has started.

Griffith is the other other member alongside Baskerville IV who have earned the distinct honor of being a member of this team for the second consecutive year. His GPA is 3.69 within the field of Business Administration and Finance. He is additionally a two-time selectee to the Academic All-OAC team. He scored his most points in a season with 113 of them, had 37 assists and 32 rebounds. For his career in a Brown and Gold uniform, he has 254 points, with 85 rebounds and 54 assists. He has played in 72 games and started 15 of them throughout his three seasons wearing a BW jersey.

Richardson is one of two members to be a part of this team for the first time. The forward maintains a 3.78 GPA while majoring in Finance and Economics. This year also marks the first time that he has been selected to the Academic All-OAC team. For the season, Richardson was the team leader in points and rebounds, averaging 11.4 and 6.1 respectively for 285 points and 153 rebounds. In two seasons with the Yellow Jackets, he has 370 career points and 199 rebounds. To date, he has played a total of 42 games with BW and improves significantly on his numbers from a year ago.

McClardy is the other player to be on this respective team for the first time. He holds a 3.65 GPA in Sports Management. This year also marks his first selection to the Academic All-OAC team. In 2025-26, McClardy scored 97 points, pulled down 55 rebounds and had 20 assists, all of which are career-bests for the Sophomore. For his career, he has 153 points, 88 rebounds and 23 assists. Throughout his time in Berea he has played in 42 games so far, four of which have been starts. 

BW finished the season 7-18 overall and 4-12 in the OAC slate and they did not qualify for the conference tournament.
