Women’s Lacrosse Outperforms Muskingum on Seniors’ Day

BEREA, Ohio – The Baldwin Wallace University women's lacrosse team beat the Muskingum Fightin' Muskies by a final score of 20-2 on seniors' day inside George Finnie Stadium.

The Brown and Gold were hot from the start as they scored five goals in the first and another six goals in the second. They were led by junior All-OAC First-Team midfield Clare Alic (Carmel, Ind./Guerin Catholic) as she had six goals and four draw controls for the Jackets.

BW Leaders (7-3, 1-1 OAC)
  • Alic had six goals, four groundballs, and four draw controls
  • Junior All-OAC Second Team midfield Annette Doren had two goals and four groundballs
  • Freshman goalie Aubrey Berner (Columbus/Dublin Coffman) had two saves for BW
  • Senior All-OAC Second Team attack Carley House (Hilliard/Darby) scored one goal on her only shot of the afternoon
  • Senior Academic All-OAC defender Morgan Massey (Hamburg, N.Y./Frontier) collected a season-high three ground balls on seniors' day
