ADRIAN, Mich. – The Baldwin Wallace University women's soccer team traveled to Adrian, Michigan today to take on the Adrian College Bulldogs. The Yellow Jackets played very well in the competition and earned a 2-0 shutout victory at Docking Stadium. BW continues to roll and the win brings their record to 4-4-1 on the season and matches their 2025 win total already.
Game Recap
Baldwin Wallace controlled much of the opening half, recording nine shots and four corner kicks. After nearly 38 minutes of scoreless play, the Yellow Jackets broke through when Leah Snell found the back of the net at the 37:33 mark. Ella James provided the assist as BW took a 1-0 lead into halftime.
The Yellow Jackets continued to apply pressure in the second half, recording nine more shots and adding to their lead in the 66th minute when Snell found Haley Feiler, who scored to give BW a 2-0 advantage.
Baldwin Wallace finished the afternoon with 18 shots, including 11 on goal, while Adrian recorded 11 shots with four on goal. Kelly Carver made four saves to preserve the shutout.
The Matchup
With the win, the Yellow Jackets are now 4-3-1 since 2008 against the Bulldogs and they've won back-to-back contest against them for the first time since 2008-2009.

Baldwin Wallace will be back in action on Tuesday, September 29th at home to host John Carroll. The game is scheduled for 7 p.m.
