BEREA, Ohio – The Baldwin Wallace University women's basketball team has jumped to 12th and 14th in the latest D3Hoops.com and Women's Basketball Coaches Association Top-25 Polls.

BW makes the jump to 12th after being ranked 14th in the last D3Hoops.com poll marking their highest national ranking since being tabbed No. 11 during the 2022-23 season. The Yellow Jackets also move up one spot to 14th in the WBCA poll and are the only Ohio Athletic Conference team ranked in either of the two polls.

BW enters this week with an overall record of 12-1 and a 7-0 record in conference play. Last week, the Yellow Jackets took care of business in two OAC victories against Heidelberg University by a final score of 85-41 and against Wilmington College by a final score of 68-52. 

The Yellow Jackets are back in action on Wednesday, January 15 as they travel to Alliance to take on the University of Mount Union in an Ohio Athletic Conference matchup at 7 p.m. in Timken Gymnasium inside the McPherson Academic and Athletic Complex.
