BEREA, Ohio – The Baldwin Wallace University men's track and field team hosted its second and final home meet of the outdoor season in the Harrison Dillard Twilight.
The meet was unscored.
The Yellow Jackets individual events highlights included:
- Sophomore All-Ohio Athletic Conference sprinter Wesley Noeth (Powell / Olentangy Liberty) placed fifth in the 400-meter dash in a time of 49.35.
- Junior All-OAC distance runner Sam Sikorski (Columbia Station / Columbia) finished seventh in the 1500-meter run in a time of 3:52.02.
Field event highlights:
- Senior All-OAC thrower Thomas Hickman (Oxford / Talawanda) placed fourth in the discus throw with a mark of 47.59 meters.
- Senior All-OAC thrower Mason Kiesel (New London / South Central) finished fourth in the shot put with a distance of 15.62 meters.
- Senior All-American high jumper Christian Pfeiffer (Amherst) won the high jump with a mark of 2.09 meters.
The Yellow Jackets are back in action on Wednesday, May 14 for the Augustana (Ill.) Midwest Twilight Qualifier.
