ASHLAND, Ohio - The Baldwin Wallace University women's indoor track and field team, led by head coach
Joe Eby, wrapped up the Jud Logan Light Giver Open at Ashland University in an unscored meet.
Track Event Highlights
- Sophomore distance runner Allie Carey (Strongsville) made her collegiate debut in the 3000m race with a time of 10:49.07, which is the best 3000m time on the team this season. This time is also 10th-best in the OAC this season.
- Sophomore All-Ohio Athletic Conference sprinter/hurdler Jameire Honzu (Warren/Harding) finished the 60m hurdles prelims with a time of 9.17 seconds.
Field Event Highlights
- Junior All-OAC jumper Rylee Gorrell (Grove City, Pa./Grove City Area) tied for second place in the high jump with a mark of 1.57m (5' 1.75").

- Women's indoor track and field will host the Mid-February Meet on Friday, February 13 on the Harrison Dillard Track inside the Lou Higgins Center Fieldhouse at 4:00 p.m.
- They will also travel to the All-Ohio Indoor Championships at Otterbein on Saturday, February 14 in Westerville, Ohio.
