MEADVILLE, Pa. - The Baldwin Wallace University women's outdoor track and field team wrapped up their weekend at the Marty Goldberg Gator Invitational at Allegheny (Pa.) College and the Ashland University Alumni Open at Ashland University. Both meets were unscored.

Track Event Highlights (Allegheny)

• Sophomore All-Ohio sprinter/hurdler Kenae Moore (Cypress, Texas/Bridgeland) won the 200m dash with a 25-second finish that was only 0.3 seconds shy of her personal best.
• Sophomore All-OAC sprinter/hurdler Jameire Honzu (Warren/Harding) won the 100m hurdles with her time of 14.53 seconds. Her prelims time of 14.36 seconds is the best time of the season for any Yellow Jacket. 14.36 seconds is the best 100m hurdles time in the conference, third-best in the Great Lakes Region, and 16^th in the United States.

Field Event Highlights (Ashland)

• Sophomore All-Ohio jumper/vaulter Peyton Putnam (Shelby) made her collegiate long jump debut with a 14^th-place jump of 4.78m (15' 8.25"). Her jump ranks top 20 in the OAC.

 
Field Event Highlights (Allegheny)

• Sophomore All-Ohio thrower Janelle Rominger (Cambridge) won the hammer throw with a personal record 49.04m (160' 11") throw. This is the best throw in the OAC by over three feet, the third-best in the region, and 50^th in the nation.
• Freshman Women's Yellow Jacket of the Week Alyssa Francis (McKees Rocks, Pa./Montour) earned first place while setting a personal record in the javelin throw for the second week in a row. Her 38.50m (126' 4") throw is the best in the OAC and the second-best in the region.
