Dodgion Named OAC Men’s Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week for Third Time in Career

WESTERVILLE, Ohio – Junior attack/midfielder Noah Dodgion (Hilliard/Davidson) has been named the Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) Men's Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week for the third time in his career and the second time this season.

Dodgion scored a career-high seven goals in the 15-14 win over top-ranked OAC opponent Ohio Northern last week. The Yellow Jackets had a 2-0 week, also beating Capital 18-9 on Saturday to finish with an undefeated conference record of 8-0. Against ONU, Dodgion scored the last goal of the third period and first three goals of the fourth period to swing the game in BW's favor. This started a 6-0 run for BW that was crucial to securing the victory. The junior kept his foot on the gas against Capital by scoring five goals and adding one assist to contribute six points in the win.

Dodgion leads the OAC in goals with 56 (3.50/game), total shots with 157 (9.81/game), and is second in points with 73 (4.56/game). He is also third on the team with 17 assists.

Off the field, Dodgion is a nursing major, Jacket Scholar, member of the Dayton C. Miller Honor Society, Academic All-OAC, and a CSC Academic At-Large All-District selection.
