LEXINGTON, Ky. – Baldwin Wallace University men's volleyball junior right side hitter
Jacob Esteves (Wickliffe/St. Edward) earned All-American recognition from the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) as a member of the second team for the 2026 season.
Esteves adds All-American to his long list of accolades following an impressive junior campaign. He was named the Midwest Collegiate Volleyball League Offensive Player of the Year after leading the conference with 333 kills and 3.87 kills per set. His 375.5 points this season were his career best and earned him First Team All-MCVL honors too. Last week, he was named to the AVCA Region IV All-Region team alongside his teammate, freshman setter

Off the court,
Esteves is a computer science major and earned Academic All-MCVL recognition last season. He is also a Dean's List student, a Jacket Scholar, and a member of the Dayton C. Miller Honor Society and the Mathematics Honor Society.
