WESTERVILLE, Ohio – Baldwin Wallace sophomore All-Ohio Athletic Conference stroker
Brooke Radcliff (North Canton/Hoover) has been selected as the OAC Female Swimmer of the Week for the first time in her career.
Radcliff brings home her first weekly honor after winning two races to help lead BW to its season opening and OAC opening 165-28 victory over Wilmington College last Saturday in Berea.
She won the won the 100-yard backstroke in a time of 1:04.906, which was two second faster than second place, and 200-yard individual medley in a time of 2:20.38, which was seven seconds faster than the second place finisher.
Radcliff was also the third leg of the winning 200-yard medley relay team with a time of 1:59.21.
The Yellow Jackets are back in action on Saturday, October 25 when it hosts a pair of non-conference dual meets against Allegheny (Pa.) College and Fredonia (N.Y.) University in the BW Natatorium inside the Lou Higgins Center at 11 a.m.
