WESTERVILLE, Ohio – For the second this season and in her career, Baldwin Wallace University sophomore All-Ohio Athletic Conference stroker
Brooke Radcliff (North Canton/Hoover) has been named the OAC Women's Swimmer of the Week.
Radcliff earns her second weekly honor after finishing second in two individual races and being a member of two runner-up relay teams as BW wrapped up its winter break training trip to Florida with unscored sprints meet with Randolph-Macon (Va.) College last Thursday.
She was the runner-up in the 50-yard backstroke and100-yard individual medley in times of 30.01 and 1:05.01.
Radcliff led off the 200-medley relay that took second in a time of 2:02.15. She was the third leg on the second place 200-yard freestyle team that placed second with a time of 1:52.08
This season,
Radcliff earned her first weekly honor on October 20 after winning two individual races and swimming the third leg of a winning relay team to help the Yellow Jackets defeat Wilmington College.
For her career,
Radcliff is an All-OAC performer in the 200-yard backstroke and a three-time All-OAC relay performer.
BW is back in action on Saturday, January 10 when its host a non-conference dual meet against Bluffton University and an OAC meet against Heidelberg University in the BW Natatorium inside the Lou Higgins Center at 2 p.m.
