Men’s Lacrosse Garners USILA Team Academic Award

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The Baldwin Wallace University men's lacrosse team has been honored with the 2025 United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) Team Academic Award.

To receive this recognition, teams must achieve a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.

BW was one of just 80 NCAA Division III programs—and one of only two from the Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC)—to earn the prestigious accolade, finishing the academic year with a team GPA of 3.416.

Led by fourth-year head coach Tony Tatro, the Yellow Jackets enjoyed an impressive 2025 season, finishing with an overall record of 14-5 and going undefeated with a 9-0 record in OAC play. BW claimed its fifth consecutive OAC regular-season title and advanced to the OAC Tournament Championship game for the fifth straight year.
