Women’s Swimming and Diving Second After Day One of OAC Championships

AKRON, Ohio – The Baldwin Wallace University women's swimming and diving team is in second place after the first day of the 2026 Ohio Athletic Championships hosted by the University of Mount Union inside the Ocasek Natatorium on the campus of NCAA Division I University of Akron.

BW is second of five teams with 196 points. The University of Mount Union leads with 304 points.

Individuals
  • Sophomore All-OAC stroker Brooke Radcliff (North Canton/Hoover) earned All-OAC honors as she was the runner-up in the 200-yard individual medley in a career-best time of 2:11.73.  Radcliffe earns her second career All-OAC accolade
  • Junior stroker Abby Marquardt (Pickerington/Central) placed fourth in the 200-yard individual medley in a career-best time of 2:18.05
  • Junior stroker Kaela Gallion (Valley City/Buckeye) was 11th in the 500-yard freestyle in a career-best time of 5:49.43
  • Freshman freestyler Eden Stahlin (Ann Arbor, Mich./Pioneer) placed fourth in the 500-yard freestyle in a career-best time of 5:29.58
  • Senior Academic All-OAC freestyler Ariel Lisy (Strongsville) finished fifth in the 500-yard freestyle in a career-best time of 5:32.53
  • Sophomore All-OAC freestyler Amelia Wands (East Amherst, N.Y./Williamsville North) placed fourth in the 50-yard freestyle in a career-best time of 24.52
  • Freshman stroker Sydney Harbour (North Canton/GlenOak) was 11th in the 50-yard freestyle in a time of 26.29
  • Sophomore freestyler Annalise Bolton (Berea/Berea-Midpark) was 13th in the 500-yard freestyle in a time of 5:52.75
  • Sophomore Addie Darding (Columbus/Upper Arlington) was 13th in the 50-yard freestyle in a time of 26.99
  • Freshman freestyler Grace Jones (Willoughby/South) was 15th in the 50-yard freestyle in a career-best time of 27.97
  • Freshman stroker Adella Trzybinski (Avon Lake/Magnificat) was 17th in the 200-yard individual medley in a career-best time of 2:41.36
Relays
  • The 400-yard medley squad of Radcliffe, Marquardt, senior All-OAC stroker Mallory Upcraft (Oswego, N.Y.) and Wands earned All-OAC honors as they were the runner-up in a time of 4:09.94
  • The 200-yard freestyle unit of Wands, Radcliffe, Harbour and Upcraft placed third in a time of 1:40.91
  • The 800-yard freestyle team of junior Academic All-OAC stroker Ashley Slife (Westfield Center/Cloverleaf), Stahlin, Lisy and Upcraft finished third in a time of 8:15.57
The Yellow Jackets are back in action on Friday, February 20 when they compete in the second day of the OAC Championships.  Preliminary action begins at 10 am with finals slated to begin at 6:00 p.m.
